VATSTAR's VFR Cross Country Flight

VFR Cross Country Flight - Special European Timezone Friendly

September 6th, 2021 - 1700z - 2000z

Welcome to the Monthly VFR Cross Country Flight event!  This event is designed to be taken as the "next step" after you've joined our Discovery Flight pattern and radio call basics event.  We'll be covering how to plan a flight around weather using visual reference points, fuel planning, and how to request services from Center/Approach controllers.

Event Agenda:

1. Flight Briefing # 1: VFR Cross Country flight at non-towered Airports (KAST - KKLS)

2. Flight Briefing # 2: VFR Cross Country flight into a towered Airport (TBD)

Before each flight there will be a briefing. If you are unable to join us in game, you're still welcome to join us for the briefings.  Each briefing is about 20-30 minutes of basic instruction.
